Edit a PBS element in a proposal

1. On the Estimates page, select a PBS element, then click Copy on the toolbar that appears. Alternatively, double-click the element.
2. Update the element's name and description as needed.
3. Select or clear Allow Estimates. The element must have no tasks before you clear the option and prevent users from entering data.
4. Click Close.
