Quick Add PBS elements

Use Quick Add to create multiple PBS elements at once. Alternatively, you can create elements one by one, but you'll save more time with Quick Add.

1. Go to the RAM or the Estimates page, then click Add > Quick Add > WBS.
   • Your button will be labeled differently if you renamed the PBS.
2. Enter each element's information in a separate row.
   • An asterisk in a column name means that the information is required.
   • If you're unsure what to enter, see the following table to learn more.
3. Click Create WBS.

Element*	Enter a name for the element.
Description	Enter a description of the element.
Parent	To add a top-level element with no parent, leave this blank. To add a child, enter the name of the existing element that will be its parent.
Allow Estimates	Select Yes to unlock the element, or select No to lock it. No data can be entered in a locked element.
Delete	To remove rows of information, select the rows, then click Delete.
