Quick Add custom task field values in a proposal

Use Quick Add to create multiple task field values at once. Alternatively, you can create values one by one, but you'll save more time with Quick Add.

  1. In the Configuration proposal settings, click Custom Task Fields.
  2. Select a Text custom task field.
  3. Click Edit Values for SelectedQuick Add Values.
  4. Enter each value's name and description in a separate row.
    • An asterisk in a column name means that the information is required.
  5. Click OK.
Click the Download Excel Template button to get an empty spreadsheet with the same Quick Add columns. Once you've filled the template in, you can paste everything from there in the Quick Add window.
