Navigating ProPricer
ProPricer is full of different features and capabilities, and it can take some time to learn what everything does. Before jumping into a proposal, explore the user interface, see what's available to you, and practice interacting with the program.

The Navigation Pane contains all your proposals and the data you use to create and build them. Some items, such as proposals, are organized in a tree structure made up of folders and subfolders.
Try right-clicking items in the Navigation Pane for more options.
The name of the proposal or proposal template most recently selected in the Navigation Pane appears at the top of your screen. This indicates which proposal or template you're working on.

The Main Menu is a fast way to create new items. You can also go there to exit ProPricer.
The Ribbon gives you a variety of features to work with. On the Ribbon, hover over a button to learn more about it. If you need more space on your screen, you can switch from the Classic Ribbon to the Simplified Ribbon.

The Quick Access Toolbar makes it easy to get to the features you use most frequently.

When you open something from the Navigation Pane or Ribbon, such as a proposal or report, it appears in the Workspace. Many items open in a grid layout with columns that you can filter and sort. If multiple items are open in the Workspace, you can rearrange them for better visibility.
