Add a custom resource field in the library

  1. In the navigation menu, click Libraries > Custom Resource Fields.
  2. In the Custom Resource Field Library, click Add Custom Resource Field.
  3. Enter a name for the field. It can be up to 40 characters in length.
  4. Enter a description of the field. (Optional)
  5. Select the sort order of the field's values. You can list them in ascending order either alphabetically or numerically.
  6. Click Create. After the new field appears in the library, you can add the custom resource field values.
Global resource fields in the library are different than proposal-specific resource fields. To manage the custom resource fields that only appear in a certain proposal, go to the Configuration proposal settings.
