Custom Resource Field Library

Custom resource fields provide additional information about resources, beyond the general information in the proposal's direct rate table. This extra information distinguishes and categorizes the numerous resources that may be available to you.

The resource fields added to the library are global, so you can use them in all proposals. If a proposal needs a unique resource field, create it in the Configuration proposal settings instead of the Custom Resource Field Library.

Immediately after creating a custom resource field, you should set up the list of values it will accept. If you don't, your field will be visible but unusable.

When you submit a proposal, its custom resource fields and their values are retained in ProPricer Contractor Edition Enterprise.
