Archive a proposal

The Archive feature backs up your proposal data by exporting it to a .zip file. When the process finishes, the .zip file will be downloaded to your computer.

If you need to recreate an archived proposal in Contractor Essentials, restore the .zip file.

In the navigation menu, click Proposals.
On the Proposals page, select a proposal, then click More > Archive.
In the window that appears, click Archive. A .zip file of the proposal data will be created and downloaded to your computer.
