Submit a proposal

When you submit a proposal, it is exported at the Total Price cost level to an XML file. A prime contractor or government agency can easily import this in ProPricer Contractor Edition Enterprise or Government Edition.

The XML file you create contains task and resource information, such as resource names and types, task names and dates, and the distribution of resource estimates in tasks.

  1. In the navigation menu, click Proposals.
  2. On the Proposals page, select a proposal.
  3. Go to the right, click Submit, then select an option.
    • Prepare for Prime: Create an XML file for ProPricer CE.
    • Prepare for Government: Create an XML file for ProPricer GE. Select the ProPricer version that will be used to restore and review your file.
  4. In the window that appears to confirm the submittal, Click Prepare. The XML file will be downloaded automatically.
