Add a custom resource field value in a proposal

This topic explains how to create values one by one for a proposal-specific custom resource field. To Quick Add several new values in a proposal simultaneously, see Quick Add Custom Resource Field Values.

  1. In the Configuration proposal settings, go to Custom Resource Fields and click .
  2. Select a custom resource field.
  3. Click Edit Values for Selected.
  4. Click Add Value.
  5. Enter a name for the value.
  6. Enter a description of the value. (Optional)
  7. Click Create.
  8. To add values for a different custom resource field right away, select that resource field in the Field menu.
You can add new values to custom resource fields while creating or editing a resource in a PBS element. Click next to the custom field, name the value, then click Add.
