Custom task fields in a proposal
In a proposal, each task is created with the same set of task fields. The values entered in these fields provide information about the task, such as its name, description, start date, and end date.
To further classify tasks, you can create multiple custom task fields in a proposal, such as CLIN and Bidder.
Immediately after creating a custom task field, you should set up the list of values it will accept. If you don't, your field will be visible but unusable.
When you submit a proposal, its custom task fields and their values are retained in ProPricer Contractor Edition Enterprise and Government Edition.
In ProPricer CE and ProPricer GE, task fields are also called summary fields.
