Copy a direct rate table

1. In the navigation menu, click Rate Tables > Direct Rates.
2. On the Direct Rates page, select a table, then click Copy on the toolbar that appears.
3. Enter a name for the direct rate table.
4. Enter a description of the direct rate table. (Optional)
5. Click Create.
