Direct rates

The Direct Rates page is for creating, copying, editing, and deleting global direct rate tables.

Setting up direct rates in a table is a two-part process: create a resource and set its properties first, then enter its monthly direct rates. The indirect rate table attached to your direct rate table lets you connect a resource's direct rates to a specific pool of indirect rates.

While entering estimates in a proposal, the resources available to you depend on the direct rate table selected in the Pricing proposal settings. That table also determines which indirect rate table and pricing model the proposal uses.
