Add a resource in the library
- In the navigation menu, click Libraries > Resources.
- In the Resource Library, click Add Resource.
- Enter a name for the resource.
- Enter a description of the resource. (Optional)
- Select a resource type. This is the resource's cost category.

Select an accounting calendar for converting the resource's estimates from hours to full-time equivalent heads and vice versa. (Optional)
- Click Create. The new resource will be listed in the library.
