Accounting Calendar Library

ProPricer Contractor Essentials uses accounting calendars to convert estimated hours for labor resources to individuals. The data in a calendar indicates how many hours make up one person or full-time equivalent head. This lets you enter and view labor estimates as hours or equivalent heads.

Once you create an accounting calendar in the library, you can associate it with:

• Individual resources in a direct rate table.
• All resources in a proposal. The proposal-level calendar overrides any calendars selected in the direct rate table.
• An individual resource estimate in a task. The resource estimate-level calendar overrides the proposal-level calendar.

If you need more accurate accounting hours in your calendars, increase the decimal precision in your system settings.
