Resource Library

The Resource Library is for creating, editing, and deleting resources. Resources are the employees, services, and tools needed to accomplish the work in a proposal’s tasks.

Resources in the library are categorized by type. There are six resource types available: Labor, Material, Subcontractor, Other, Travel, and Interdivisional. You can also assign an accounting calendar to resources in the library.

Once a resource is created in the library, you can add it to a direct rate table and define its direct rates. Resources are global, so they can be used in multiple direct rate tables.
