Travel rates

The Travel Rates page is for creating, copying, editing, and deleting global travel rate tables.

The trips in your proposal rely on a travel rate table for important information. It is where destinations are defined with travel expense rates, and it specifies the number of days in a rental car week and a rental car month.

To select a travel rate table for a proposal, go to the Pricing proposal settings. The Estimates proposal settings also have a Detail Travel section that you can adjust.

If the rates in your proposal's travel rate table change, you can instantly update a trip's travel expenses with the latest rates.
